  • Which sites do you integrate with?
    Our easy-to-install plug-ins simplify integration into major e-commerce platforms, such as WooCommerce, Magento, Prestashop and Shopify. We also offer custom forms and integrations outside of these platforms.
  • What services do you offer?
    We offer everyday transactions made easy with Card/Google Pay/Apple Pay/Paypal, Open Banking, Crypto-Currency payments and other alternative payment methods. Send payment requests and links to customers via email or text for remote payment needs. Simplified subscription payments with recurring transactions. In-house call centre needs? Virtual Terminals and Pay-By-Links have got you covered.
  • I sell high-risk products - can I still work with you?
    Unlike some of our competitors, we do accept high risk merchants, such as CBD retailers. Speak to us about how we can get you onboarded.
  • How long will it take to get set up?
    It takes merchants around 3 days to onboard with us. If you sell high-risk products, such as CBD, it might take a little longer, but we'll take you through it.
  • What are your fees and pricing?
    Our simple rate is a flat fee of £20.00 per month, plus 1.2% + £0.18p on each transaction. If you're switching from another payment provider, or want to process more than £500,000 annually in transactions, speak to us for a custom rate.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
